Instant Phone Repair Refund Policy

At Instant Phone Repair, we strive to provide high-quality refurbished and new devices and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Return Eligibility & Timeframes

• Electronic Devices (Phones, Laptops, Tablets, SSDs, etc.): 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Non-Electronic Items (Phone Cases, Chargers, Cords, Accessories, etc.): 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Customers must contact us within the designated return window to confirm return eligibility before shipping an item back.

Restocking & Return Fees

• A $75 restocking fee applies to all electronic device returns (phones, laptops, tablets, SSDs, etc.).
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all other orders. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for electronic device returns where a return label may be provided.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if a return label is provided.

Refund Process

• Refunds are only issued after the item is returned and inspected.
• Items must be in original condition with all included accessories.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the order.
• The item must be returned within 7 business days after contacting us.
• Once the damaged item is received and verified, a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are not in their original condition, missing accessories, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
• Final Sale items and digital products are non-refundable.

Additional Terms

• Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) may be refused or subject to additional fees.
• Instant Phone Repair reserves the right to deny refunds or returns that do not meet policy requirements.
